"The Bloody Bucket" was a nickname given to members of the 28th Division by their German adversaries, after the division's admirable performance against great odds in the Battle of the Bulge, and the Colmar Pocket...

Twilight Time...

PREMISE

The game takes place in devastated Pennsylvania after the short but destructive Third World War. Currently, there are 5 players in the game. The game has been in progress since MARCH 1998, with a brief vacation during early 2000. Play resumed in June 2000, and thankfully several key players returned.

Turns are weekly or more frequently as needed. The group will never be very large, 5-7 players max. Hopefully, this will allow us to build a tighter group, with more emphasis on interaction, rather than keeping track of the endless stream of FNGs...

Knowledge of the system is helpful, but not necessary; I can provide assistance as needed. A Meta-Combat system will be used for larger battles, in order to speed through them without losing detail. Sometimes too much detail can bog down play. Can you really tell the difference between being shot with a M16 and an AK47 anyway? (OHHHH! OW!!! That felt like a 5.56NATO round, manufactured in Belgium in the late 1980's...) I'm sure they both hurt...

The Focus of the Game will be equal parts of warfare, problem solving, and REBUILDING...
