The Norn Adoption Clinic

Different Norn Mutations

There are many different genes which develop after many generations of Norns have bred.

Child of the Mind
This gene makes the norn stare continually either at themsleves, or something non-moving (like a lift button) and not respond to the stimuli in Albia.

Gait-Backwards Gene
This gene makes the norn walk backwards. Many norns can walk backwards at will, but this gene makes it so that the can only walk backwards.

Infantile Advancemant Gene
This gene makes the norn an adult at birth. He will be fully grown when he hatches. He will also (for now) have severe mental retardation..

Highlander Gene
This gene makes the norn near immortal. He will always have 100% health.

Zeus Gene
This gene makes the norn near immortal. He will never have 100% health, but he won't die either. (He will have 95%-98% health..)

Titan Gene
This gene makes the norn near immortal. He will never have 100% health, but he won't die either. (He will have 74%-78% health..)

Undead Gene
This gene makes a norn clinically dead- no heartbeat, no life force- yet the norn still walks around and does not seem dead.

Saturn Gene
This gene gives the norn a nasty case of the shakes. He will often make a funny humming noise while convulsing. It has been said this is because the Norn's body temperature drops a lot so they are shivering from cold.

Sweet Gene
This gene causes the Norn to have an incredible sex drive. Norns who have this gene have MANY offspring. One of these Norns in my game for an hours was the father of three or four children.
