Bonnie Keen, Melodie Tunney, and Marty McCall founded this threesome and became one of the most requested backup groups in the country. Credits include various TV and radio commercials and numerous albums by other artists. Their tour with Sandi Patty brought their special harmonies to the attention of Christian music listeners and classic releases like AN EVENING IN DECEMBER and UNDIVIDED placed songs all over the charts. Many albums and two personnel changes later, First Call continues to be one of the most innovative groups in music (Melodie Tunney left the group and is presently working with her award-winning songwriting husband. She was replaced by singer Marabeth Jordan who is no longer with the trio). The group presently functions as a duet with Keen and McCall handling the wheel. Having moved to a heavier brand of pop sometimes bordering on light rock, First Call continues to encourage and fascinate while staying true to the Reason they sing.
