It all started with a class assignment on how to care for your egg. It seems pretty innocent and safe right? Wrong! Hel-lo, here's a small reminder, they live in Sunnydale, and it's on top of a Hell Mouth! So naturally, there's gonna be sumthin' weird with 'dem eggs. And there was. In each of the eggs there was like some kind of monster thingy in it, and if crawled into your back, you would be hypnotized, or in some kind of a trance, basically brainwashed. By the Mother Bezoar. Meanwhile, two Texan Vampires show up in Sunnydale to kill the Slayer. Buffy was at the mall, with her mom shopping. Joyce had a lot of errands to do, so she asked Buffy to go pick up her dress at 'Everyday Women'. As Buffy was doing this she sees one of the Texan Vamps, and tries to go slay it. But he got away. After that she went back to see her Mom. She asked Buffy where her dress was, and of course, Buffy didn't get it. Her Mom grounded her, for forgetting it. Buffy couldn't really tell her Mom that she was trying to slay a Vamp. Buffy told her Mom she was distracted by a boy, which is somewhat true. The Vamp was a boy. Anyways, the next day at school, in health class, they got their egg assignments, and Buffy was solo on this project, with no mate of her own. That night she was with Angel, they were kissing, and the Texan Vamps were looking on, and blushing. After she was done, she snuck back into her bedroom, checked her egg, and fell asleep. While she was sleeping, her egg was moving, and a long tentacle(arm) poked out of the shell, and went into Buffy's ear. Morning came, and she wasn't feeling to well, she was tired. At school, Willow too wasn't feeling so well. Night came, and Buffy was out slaying, but when she came home this time, she noticed that her egg was moving, suddenly the creature in the egg popped out and ran across Buffy's floor. Buffy killed it, and phoned Willow to see if her egg hatched. Willow said 'no', and then hung up the phone and just sat there staring into space. Her egg had hatched and attached itself to her back. The next day at school Buffy asked Cordy if her egg hatched, Cordy also said 'No, and that an egg doesn't emote.' Xander was sitting down and eating a stale chocolate bar, he threw it on the floor, and took his egg out, he started to peel it, and he looked at it, and saw that his egg was half purple, and white. He screamed, then Buffy, Willow, and Cordy took it to give to Giles and to dissect it. They were talking about it, and then Cordy's egg hatched and attached itself to her back, she took a big stick and hit Xander over the head, and Willow knocked out Buffy. They took their bodies and locked them up in a closet. They came to, and found two eggs on the ground. Buffy breaks down the door, and her and Xander followed all of the people who were possesed by the mother bezoar. Meanwhile, both Giles, and Joyce Summers were also possesed too. The two Texan Vamps showed up at the school, and went to the basement. Down in the basement everyone was working hard to get the mother bezoar out of the ground. One of the Vamps got pulled down under by it. Buffy and the other Vamp were fighting everyone off, and eachother. Finally, Buffy goes down into the ground and kills the bezoar, the Vamp runs away scared. After that, everyone was back to normal, and groggy, and had no clue what had happened. Giles told everyone that is was a gas leak. Buffy and Joyce were fighting again, and Buffy was grounded even longer and could not leave the house. That night, Buffy and Angel were kissing, outside of Buffy's window. So technically, she didn't leave her house. ;o)
Review:
This episode is horrrrrible! The only enjoyable thing was when everyone hit Xander, and Cordy wanted to know if she hit him too, she didn't want to be left out. Other than that, avoid this episode at all costs!!
